That was my experience.

I created Simply Sacred after being diagnosed with PCOS and told that the only solution was the pill, and, to "come back when I wanted to get pregnant". That response overlooked the daily symptoms, the discomfort, and the deeper imbalance happening in my body.

So I took a different path.

I spent seven years holistically healing — learning, unlearning, and reconnecting with my body. Finding herbs and practices that supported my body. For three years, I didn't have a cycle at all. Today, I have a consistent monthly cycle.

That journey is the foundation of Simply Sacred.

For centuries, cultures around the world have turned to herbs to support the body — working with it, not against it. We are deeply inspired by Ayurveda, a 5,000-year-old system rooted in balance, nature, and prevention.

This isn't about reinventing the wheel. It's about returning to it.

We believe there is power in simple, natural ingredients. In slowing down. In supporting the body consistently and gently over time.

In today's market, quality is often sacrificed for scale. But when it comes to what we put into our bodies, that's not a compromise we're willing to make.

We're raising £30,000 to scale our production so we can:

• Create larger batches without compromising quality
• Reach more women who need this support
• Expand into retail spaces, health centres, and spas
• Create more expert-formulated blends for Menopause, PMS, endometriosis & more

This isn't just about making more products.

It's about changing how women experience their health. It's about access. Education. Choice.
